No matter whether you are someone who is looking to lose weight or you want to tone your body, there is a lot that needs to be considered when putting together the perfect workout plan and ensuring you stay motivated to achieve your goals. However, when you do this, you’re not giving your muscles the chance to relax, and this is how injuries happen, which will only put you further away from your end fitness goals.   • Not working out in the right form - This is a mistake that we are seeing more and more often because people are simply following exercises that they see on the Internet. However, if you do not do exercises properly, you are not going to be working the right muscle groups, and this is how you can end up not achieving your goals but also getting an injury in the process. If you work with a personal trainer, even if you had the odd one-off session now and again, they can make sure you are doing your exercises correctly.

  • Losing motivation - Last but not least, losing motivation is not necessarily a mistake, as it happens to the best of us. But this is a brick wall that we all tend to hit at some point on our journey. The mistake is failing to do anything about it. There are a lot of different ways that you can get over this barrier. For example, adding some more variety to your workouts can help to stop you from getting bored and losing motivation. Aside from this, do your workouts first thing in the morning so that you can get them out of the way and get back onto the rest of your day.
