It can be hard to find the motivation to exercise. If you are struggling, there are some simple ways to get motivated! Here are four suggestions for getting motivated to exercise.

1) Create a short workout routine

Don't go to the gym and plan out a full workout. This will be too intimidating! Instead, create a short routine that you can easily fit into your schedule. If it's taking you 30 minutes or longer just to drive somewhere, don't commit yourself to more than 20-30 minutes of exercise. You'll get overwhelmed and give up before seeing any results. Instead, try creating several short routines: 15-minute workouts, quick stretches in the morning while getting ready for work. Start small - build from there if needed! It doesn't have to be perfect right away; this is about making progress, not achieving perfection!

2) Find an exercise partner

This one is especially helpful if you have trouble staying motivated. Find someone to work out with, whether a friend, family member or even a coworker. Knowing that someone else is counting on you to show up will help keep you accountable and motivated! Bonus: working out together can be fun, and socializing afterward can boost your mood for the rest of the day. If you don't know anyone who wants to work out with you, try looking online for forums or Facebook groups specifically for people in your area looking to get fit. There are plenty of them out there!

3) Track your progress

Keeping track of how you're doing will help keep you motivated and excited about the changes that are happening in your body. There are plenty of apps out there to get you started! You can even just use a notepad or an excel spreadsheet if that works better for you. Also, every time you work out, jot down what exercises/reps/weight, etc., you did, so it's easy to see improvement over time and stay confident in yourself and the choices that got you here! You can find some inspiration by watching https://sportnews.in/Cricket and listening how sportsmen track their progress.

4) Visualize your goals

Before you can reach a goal, you have to know what it looks like. Sit down and really think about where you want to be when exercising no longer feels intimidating but rather empowering! Picture yourself at the gym or out on the run - visualize how strong/fit/confident you will look & feel when this becomes an easy habit for you instead of feeling overwhelming or impossible. Try writing these thoughts in detail, meditating with them several times per day, posting them up around your house, etc. It may seem silly, but all of this is part of getting motivated to exercise!

In conclusion,  there are many different ways to get motivated - it's all about finding what works best for you. So experiment with a few of these tips and see which ones help you the most! Once you find your groove, it'll be easier than ever to make exercise a regular part of your life. And that is definitely worth celebrating!
